We have a great opportunity for a passionate and visionary Practice Innovation Lead Clinical Services to join our Practice Quality and Impact team.

This is a key leadership role responsible for evaluating and evolving clinical practices across our Home Community and Work services. Youll identify and embed contemporary evidencebased approaches that improve the lives of people with disability and build capability across the organisation.

As a recognised clinical expert youll translate research practice wisdom and feedback into scalable innovation that promotes personcentred traumainformed and rightsbased support.

In the day to day of this role you will:

  • Lead clinical reviews of services across Home Community and Work to ensure they meet the needs of people we support.
  • Implement evidencebased traumainformed and personcentred models of support in collaboration with frontline teams.
  • Translate research feedback and best practice into practical service improvement strategies.
  • Drive the design and rollout of an outcomes framework to measure impact and guide continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert clinical governance and ensure alignment with NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Mentor and coach staff to build clinical capability and promote reflective learningfocused practice.
  • Manage practice innovation projects from planning through to evaluation.
  • Build strong partnerships with external health mental health and community stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and delivery of professional development initiatives across the organisation.
  • Use clinical data and insights to guide decisionmaking and influence organisational priorities.

What you can bring to the team!

As a valuesled clinical leader with a deep expertise in disabilityfocused practice and safeguarding you will also bring:

  • Relevant clinical qualification (e.g. Nursing Social Work Human Services) and 3 years experience in Disability Health or Human Services.
  • Strong clinical practice leadership with the ability to guide teams drive service improvement and apply evidencebased approaches.
  • Indepth understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission clinical governance and compliance in complex environments.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to manage sensitive issues and build effective partnerships.
  • Proven project coordination and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results on time.
  • Demonstrated commitment to human rights personcentred practice and the values of inclusion dignity and choice for people with disability.
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Criminal History Check.
