As a patient services specialist You will be working on the second floor of a medical office. You will have multiple team members around you but you have your own cubicle that can be tailored to your style. You will have conversations with strangers who may be in pain and need help. You will wear a headset take incoming calls gather information accurately and quickly about patients insurance and their situation.

- You will help match them with either a referred provider or the first available provider for their particular issue.
- Our patients are hurting so you are understanding that they may not always be super pleasant however they are very grateful. You will work in a place that expects outstanding experiences; we do this by working hard to assume the best and being curious with all around us

- Communication. You know how to communicate clearly and calmly. You know how important it is to listen ask questions and avoid interrupting.
