Job Description
Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking motivated individuals to join our accounting team.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
- Distribute to and monitor workload of team members.
- Aid in escalated issues from internal departments.
- Accurately research and trace accounts receivable payments.
- Reconcile larger and in house accounts.
- Monitor upload and run monthly aging.
- Identify and assign research projects to team members.
- Validate and post customer payments.
- A minimum of two years of accounting experience is required.
- Requires a sense of urgency with strong commitment to meet deadlines and departmental goals.
- Must understand and exercise discretion.
- Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products are required.
- Efficient and accurate 10key skills are required.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Have a make it happen attitude take pride in your work and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
