- Records sales transactions and operates cash registers to process payments from customers.
- Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.
- Answers customers questions and provides information on policies products and promotions.
- Resolves customer complaints and notifies supervisors or managers when necessary.
- Maintains clean and orderly areas and assists with stocking as needed.
- Balances cash drawers and prepares daily cash reports.

Ability to operate cash register and coin changer.
Experience:
One month experience in retail setting with use of cash register and cash handling required.
