TRAINING MANAGER
Company: Nibav Lifts & Elite Elevators
Location: Palavakkam ECR Chennai
Positions Available: 3 (Domestic)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (At least 3 years relevant experience)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Language Required: Hindi (Mandatory)
Industry: Any Sales Oriented with High ticket value
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted sales training programs aligned with industry standards.
- Design and manage onboarding programs and continuous learning modules.
- Deliver training through classroom virtual and experiential methods.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate training with business objectives.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness using performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain highquality training materials relevant to the industry.
- Lead and mentor the training team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing HR or related field.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in training & development are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in sales training with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Industry experience in Insurance Automobile or Financial Services is required.
Skills:
- Expertise in sales methodologies training program design and .
- Strong presentation communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze training impact and drive datadriven improvements.
- Familiarity with training technologies and learning management systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in largescale organizations with structured training programs.
- Advanced certifications such as CPLP ATD or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
