Job Description:
Assist users in solving all computerrelated problems through remote login over the phone and/or by email.
Troubleshoot isolate and diagnose common PC problems.
Assist with PC network hardware and software upgrades as required.
Troubleshoot and solve (Antivirus reinstall endpoint encryption) issues.
Assist in deploying and configuring software upgrades on all systems.
Assist in Application reinstall (Java Verint Office Flash player etc.
Assist in monitoring system performance and data integrity.
Document service desk issues and do a throughout followup until they are resolved.
Document and report procedures test cases KPIs and benchmarks.
Provide frontline insights to improve product quality and reduce the need for support.
Identify alternative solutions revise existing knowledge and catalog all the changes.
Supervise and guide members as a Senior whenever required.
Monitor assist and coach level1 Service Desk members as a SME.
Solve escalations adhoc requests and pending incidents to ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle calls/eChats whenever required by the business.
Estimate and prioritize the workload identify and train backup resources and successors.
Desired Skills:
Should be open to answer members queries on process and make right judgments.
Should be open to call back or answer customer calls and escalations.
Sound knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems.
Good documentation analytical reporting and presentation skills.
Assertive and excellent communication skills.
Should be a gogetter think out of box for resolutions and has a flair for excellent customer service.
