Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should be experienced in the sport have verifiable experience coaching and working with studentathletes at the high school level.
Must be willing and able to work with our CMI staff studentathletes parents administration and CMI ASB. Must have basic knowledge of the following:
1. Characterbuilding aspects of sports including techniques and methods teaching and reinforcing the core values comprising sportsmanship and good character;
2. Knowledge of physical capacities and limitation of the age group coached;
3. Coaching principles related to educational philosophy adolescent psychology nutrition risk management and the rules and strategies of the sport.

Final candidate will be required to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching certification NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest certification NFHS Concussions in Sports certification as well as Perris Union High School District Human Resources required documents and safety training.
