Job Description
- Take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our 6person People Team
- Oversee the entire Belgian recruiting funnel utilize available data and analyze every step to best and sustainably support our growth
- Manage social labor relations organizing social elections preparing for and participating in works council and health & safety committee meetings and serving as the point of contact for the union delegation.
- Help shape AUTO1 Groups strategy in Belgium by working without local top management to develop and implement smart personnel budgets staffing plans and longterm HR strategies
- Keep a close eye on all relevant employee KPIs identify trends and define a clear and precise roadmap to sustainably improve them
- Analyze our existing structures and processes drive improvements and have a direct impact on the efficiency of our People Department
Qualifications :
- A university degree in Human Resources Management Psychology or a similar field is desirable
- Professional experience in a senior HR role ideally in a dynamic and growthoriented environment
- Proven leadership experience and excellent skills in HR Management local Labor Law and Talent Acquisition
- An ambitious mindset with a datadriven approach
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch French and English are essential
