Job Description
Work Flexibility: Remote
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Follow up and execute Invoicing processes
- Create storing of the invoices in a methodical manner
- Ensure you are working to agreed SLAs for processing time
- Actively participates in team meetings/or leads them on a regular basis with Marketing/Events.
- Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations compliance/GDPR policies are updated.
- PO Creation and Payment
- High Risk Vendor Forms
- New Vendor Forms
- Close collaboration with finance functions
- Ensure all invoices are completed within a timely manner and in line with legal financial and compliance regulations
Requirements::
- Bachelors Degree desired but not essential
- New graduate or 12 years Customer service experience
- Fluent Polish and English
- Invoice processing experience
- Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance
- Oracle
- Sound Excel knowledge
