3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 Years of Experience in Eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating system requirements documents
- 8 Years of Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 8 Years of Experience in Business process reengineering and software process flow improvement
- 8 Years of Experience in Development of user stories and use cases following business analysis best practices
- 8 Years of Experience in Designing mockups/wireframes following UX best practices
- 5 years of experience in strong communication facilitation writing and organization skills
- 5 years of Documented experience developing wireframes mockups & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
- 3 years of Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines
Preferred:
- 3 years of experience with Modern Requirements (Requirements Management Software)
- 3 years of experience with Issue Tracking Software Atlassian Jira
- 2 years of experience working with TEA or another state/local education agency
- 1 year of experience Documented work experience in early childhood care and education
Specific Skills:
- Strong business analysis techniques and documentation.
- Requirement elicitation and stakeholder interviews.
- Expertise in SDLC Agile methodologies and user story development.
- Business process reengineering.
- Wireframing and UX best practices.
- Strong communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Modern Requirements and Atlassian Jira (preferred).
