About the opportunity
This position is part of a multidisciplinary team of case managers and counsellors providing a range of services to vulnerable members of the Boroondara community based in Camberwell. In this clientfocused role you will deliver highquality clientcentred casework including intake assessment and allocation of services. Youll work closely with internal staff pro bono professionals students and external referral pathways to provide tailored support to individuals families and communities. Ideal candidates will have a Social Work qualification casework experience in community services knowledge of child safety and family violence frameworks and a commitment to diversity equity and continuous improvement.
