The opportunity

The SCORE (System for Communication Oversight Review and Evaluation) Administration team manage a rigorous global assessment process diligently making sure users abide by EY guidelines and policies and best practices when developing externally facing materials. We play a critical role in upholding the reputation of our brand in the market by ensuring the materials produced maintain the highquality standards expected by EYs leaders.

As an Associate SCORE Administrator your role is to work closely with various global teams to administratively support the SCORE process. Tasks will include managing the workflow ensuring reviews are delivered seamlessly and in a timely manner and coordinating the Global SCORE mailbox and tool to ensure reviews are correctly routed. Furthermore the role will require you to multitask manage multiple highpriority tasks demonstrate prioritization skills and maintain optimal time management under the pressure of stringent deadlines.


Your key responsibilities

  • Administrate and coordinate the Global SCORE tool / mailbox to ensure the reviews of SCORE materials are correctly routed according to specific reviewer workflows profile.
  • Evaluate submissions for missing documentation verify submission checklists populate relevant databases with the required information and communicate next steps to content submitters.
  • Monitor the progress of reviews and work with the teams and individuals involved to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to queries and adhere to delivery times and SLAs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for submitters and review teams
  • Collaborate with the various teams and individuals in the SCORE process to ensure timely and seamless delivery of reviews.
  • Manage workflow based on defined processes and SLAs.
  • Manage multiple highpriority tasks in a deadlinedriven environment.
  • Have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Can communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Planning and organizing: Good at strategizing and arranging tasks for efficient workflow.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelors or masters degree
  • Project Management skills
  • 24 years of relevant experience

Technologies and Tools

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint Word and Excel is mandatory.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook required.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and data visualization tools can be considered an advantage.
