Your strategic insights and collaborative spirit will be instrumental in optimizing endtoend highvolume planning processes for the DSP program ensuring the timely delivery of critical milestones that impact thousands of DSPs. Highvolume events are major surge periods that require managing dependencies across multiple teams. You will partner closely with leaders from multiple teams in order to become a central figure that can lead in organizing highvolume rollout elements while having the broad scope to recognize risks that individual teams may not see. This role will also build mechanisms to protect the DSP experience by proactively assessing how different elements of highvolume could impact delivery partner sentiment. Analyze and optimize operational processes identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Implement data quality reporting mechanisms
Manage operational improvement projects from initiation to completion coordinating with crossfunctional teams
Drive efficiencies and seamless throughout the endtoend highvolume planning processes
Lead capacity planning communication efforts

5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Similar experience in a service manufacturing fulfillment or distribution environment
Ability to quickly build expertise and manage an increasingly complex problem across multiple stakeholder teams
Ability to influence at an executive level and to share critical business insights.
Bias for action with strengths in problem solving issueresolution attention to detail.
Project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
Strong business judgment and ability to create business playbooks

The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
