Job Description

In the role of a Guest Services Advisor you will join the Workplace Team thats doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Deliver exceptional colleague and customer experience in every interaction across a range of onsite workplace services with a focus on anticipating needs listening to the colleagues and visitors and making every interaction simple effective and quick.
- Receiving courier deliveries sorting and transporting mail to the correct location.
- Assist with building parking and property access including event space bookings and setup.
- Complete floor walks utilising a checklist noting and reporting maintenance issues.
- Once proficient crossskill to be front of house and back of house capable.
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Relevant customer service hospitality and/or concierge experience.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks with operational awareness.
- Able to demonstrate a commonsense approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrable growth mindset eager to learn and has the attitude that success means delivering as a team.
