Location: Edinburgh EH3 8EJ (with the possibility of covering the Perth and Glasgow offices when needed)
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday rotational shifts between the business hours of 8am and 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
As Reception Team Leader youll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our corporate reception service a critical part of the client and colleague experience. Youll lead a team of 4 receptionists setting high standards implementing best practices and ensuring seamless fivestar service at every touchpoint.
This newly created role is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced frontofhouse professional who thrives in a corporate environment and knows how to lead from the front with professionalism polish and presence.
