Job Description

We currently have over 180 childcares centres across Canada & the USA and are constantly expanding; come and grow within the company!
Responsibilities
Maintain documentation reporting and record keeping
Implement an Emergent Curriculum
Support childrens emotional physical or behavioural well being; while helping to develop their social emotional cognitive and physical skills
Maintain attendance and health and safety checks
Work with professionals such as Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists as necessary
Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms
Participate and interact in team meetings and workshops
Specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with children parents and coworkers.
Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation reporting and classroom operations
Strong collaborator and team player
Ability to take initiative in and out of the classroom
Strong problemsolving skills
Qualifications
Must have validBritish Columbia ECE/IT License
Criminal Record Check
Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR
Immunizations up to date
Ability to push pull and lift up to 45 pounds
