Job Description
Position: IGCSE School Coordinator
Location: Coimbatore TN
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IGCSE School Coordinator to lead and manage the implementation of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will serve as an academic leader supporting teachers monitoring student progress and ensuring compliance with Cambridge standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the academic planning and delivery of the IGCSE curriculum across subjects
- Act as the main liaison between the school and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE)
- Monitor teacher performance provide academic support and coordinate training sessions
- Guide students and parents on subject choices assessments and exam readiness
- Ensure timely submission of registrations coursework and exam entries
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external inspections and compliance reviews
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters Degree with . or equivalent teaching qualification
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience in IGCSE curriculum (teaching/coordinating)
- Deep understanding of Cambridge assessment standards and exam processes
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
- Techsavvy with the ability to use LMS reporting tools and academic platforms
