Were now seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Therapy Services team. In this role youll deliver evidencebased assessments and interventions that empower clients to achieve their communication goals. Youll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team and be supported by inhouse clinical experts who provide supervision coaching and development.

Job Description:
As a Speech Pathologist with Kudos youll provide highquality evidencebased therapy services to children young people and their families. Youll be responsible for managing a clinical caseload conducting assessments and developing tailored interventions that align with client goals and NDIS plans.
Your daytoday will include:
Assessing and delivering speech and language interventions to children and young people.
Collaborating with families carers and multidisciplinary colleagues to develop holistic goals.
Monitoring progress adjusting plans and contributing to NDIS reports and reviews.
Maintaining accurate documentation in line with policy and NDIS requirements.
What youll bring:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (eligible for professional registration).
Experience with children families and developmental therapy (desirable).
Strong understanding of strengthsbased child and familycentred practice.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
A team mindset and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Additional Requirements:Please be aware that it is a requirement of this position that the successful incumbent maintains a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check which is satisfactory to Kudos in accordance with the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016 (SA) and a current drivers licence.
