Hiring for SAP Coordinator for Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industries
Post: SAP Coordinator
Education: BE Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Computer
Experience:Min 4 years overall experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) & Logistics/backend support
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for serving as an SAP production planning functional specialist on implementation of SAP PP/MM planning.
- Responsible for gathering documentation implementation testing of their assigned area functionality and coordinating all applicable areas of functional overlap.
- Creation of BOM (Multilevel) Routing Work centers Planning Strategies like Make to Order Make to Stock Planning with Final Assembly MRP & Consumptionbased Planning.
- Skills related to Demand Management Master Production Scheduling.
- Batch Management Batch Determination.
- Worked on Production Control terms like Production Orders Goods Movement and Order Confirmation etc.
- To check & verify production data performed at shop floor level w.r.t production orders.
- Reporting progress status issues to the plant manager every day.
- Find out Available Material stock and check for consumption on daily basis.
- Also experienced in Dispatch related duties like Invoicing planning & schedule dispatches as per SOP.
- Consultant validates asis and tobe process flows and system integration from a user perspective identifies potential workaround to system changes or limitations identifies the level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities.
- The consultant has to prepare documents and configures SAP modules to meet business requirements and serves as a userlevel advocate to ensure excellent process flow and system designs.
- The consultant has to develop procedures and methods for unit and integration testing prepare string unit and validation test scripts for all business process areas in scope.
- The consultant performs unit string and validation testing.
- Consultant leads the planning team in driving significant improvements in forecast accuracy inventory turnover and ontime delivery (OTD) performance to give the company a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Salary:Up to 5 LPA
