Team Carney a dynamic performance and professional development company is seeking a Mid Level Instructional Systems Designer to the support the Training Division of a government agency. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing the ADDIE model in thedevelopment of curriculum to include learning objectives instructional strategies structure and sequence instructional training
material validated training material evaluations and evaluation reports and recommendations multimedia assets and elearning courses.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE AND IS HYBRID.
Duties:
Follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD)process
Follow the ADDIE model todesign a course or curriculumanalyze training needs conduct job task analyses create meaningful learning objectives map learning objectives to job tasksselect delivery systems and develop effective learning strategies
Conduct level 1 2 and 3 evaluations.
Help ensure alignment between identified job tasks learning objectives and assessment items.
Participate in the curriculum/test validation process
Requirements:
ACTIVE TOP SECRET (TS) SECURITY CLEARANCE
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instructional Systems Designer

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on fulltime status. Parttime staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carneys total compensation package for employees. Posted Salary Range: USD $10000.00 USD $140000 /Yr
