We need a forwardthinking Engineering Leader to oversee the planning and implementation of both tactical and strategic goals for our global electronics organization. Located in Belluno Italy you will play a central role in shaping the future of our engineering operations leading the development and implementation of key objectives while guiding and inspiring engineering teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Develop employees through training plans as part of the PMP process fostering continuous growth.
- Plan annual tactical and strategic goals across department with a particular focus on new product development processes.
- Establish resource plans while balancing benefit to stakeholders and company objectives.
- Establish metrics for reporting to senior management.
- Lead managers by coaching and mentoring Engineering Leaders and Chief Engineers.
- Establish multiyear people project and process plans.
- Implement vision for delivering world class product platforms that become leaders in their respective markets.
- Work with product management to develop multiyear NPD plans.
Required qualifications and experience:
- A proven track record leading NPD programs.
- Experience leading and developing global teams.
- Recognition as a technical expert in consumer electronics ideally.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Established proficiency in technology and/or product portfolio planning.
- Proven experience in supervising and blending diverse teams.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable features and opportunities that drive profitability and exceed goals.
- Strong organizational management background.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Deep understanding of electronics including development and production processes.
- Experience working in a largemultinational organization.

Our Belluno (Italy) manufacturing site employs over 200 dedicated team members who provide exceptional training hospitality and customer service ensuring the correct selection of controllers and efficient aftersales support.
Our brandnew Innovation Center spans 1000 sq.m and features a cuttingedge research and development laboratory. This stateoftheart facility allows us to test control systems directly on counters cabinets and compressor racks under realworld environmental and operational conditions.
