Job Description
- Ability to open and close real estate matters;
- Ability to disburse payments;
- Ability to conduct lien searches;
- Knowledge of title insurance etc.
Successful candidate must be able to multitask in a fast paced professional environment working on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously. Ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills good time management skills and keen attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 Suite including Word Excel and Outlook.
