Role
Smart Contract Developer
Education/ Experience
- Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or other degrees);
- 5 years in IT or relevant experience 2 years in smart contract development
- Expertise in key smart contracting languages (Rust Solidity)
- Understanding of fundamental blockchain principles
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture and design of distributed protocols with an emphasis on security performance and scalability
- Develop and own best practices for protocol upgrades and versioning across different networks
- Collaborate with engineering product and design on the userfacing applications built around our smart contract protocols
- Mentor other engineers in indepth Stellar Solana Solidity/EVM and Rust topics and best practices

Key Activities
- Write deploy and test smart contracts and maintain them in production
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation for smart contracts including code comments user guides and API documentation
- Monitor the performance and usage of deployed smart contracts
- Look to continuously improve development processes
- Incorporate risk management quality security privacy and safety into smart contract development activities
- Stay up to date with the latest releases related to Solidity Stellar/Soroban Solana Rust developer tooling and exploits
