Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company who is looking to recruit an Operations Control Room Shift Supervisor to join their team in Bogota Colombia.
Position: Operations Control Room Shift Supervisor
Location: Bogota Colombia
Employment type: Fulltime
Work model: onsite

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies standards and operational procedures.
- Actively participate in initiatives that contribute to the organizations growth and improvement.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to support daily operations.
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients or users when needed.
- Support team efforts to deliver a welcoming and engaging environment for clients or users.
- Supervise team members to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow during shifts.
- Oversee task assignments scheduling and break management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all team members adhere to organizational policies and uphold quality standards.
- Promote a professional respectful and transparent workplace culture through open communication and regular feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in English (C1 with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar industry or role (e.g. live operations customer service or digital entertainment).
- Familiarity with industryrelated procedures and operational practices.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team management role is a plus.
