Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in IT projects and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a handson approach to team facilitation a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and a passion for driving continuous improvement within Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure the team follows Scrum practices.
Support product owners with backlog management and definition of ready/done.
Promote a culture of collaboration transparency and continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
Coordinate crossfunctional team activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Foster a highperforming selforganizing team environment.
Facilitate communication across stakeholders including developers QA and leadership.
Requirements
12 years of experience in IT projects preferably in roles such as Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of software development processes.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and Agile artifacts (e.g. definition of done user stories automated testing backlog refinement).
Good familiarity with other Agile frameworks (e.g. Crystal XP).
Strong communication and servant leadership skills.
Proven problemsolving and conflictresolution capabilities.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Handson experience with tools like Jira Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
