We are looking for you as Cloud Implementation Specialist (gn)to join our Customer Care Team for our headquartes in Fulda or remote in Germany starting from June 1st 2025.

Your Role
- You ensure an optimal setup of provided applications at our customers
- You ensure optimal integration of the Proemion cloud services with the customers infrastructure
- You ensure that each customer has deployed any Proemion service valuable for them
- You consult customers in finding solutions for their business challenges
- You describe challenges of our customers as input for new developments
- You describe commercial value of future services
- You coordinate integration projects
- You coordinate and execute DataScience projects
- You conduct legal consultation with support of our Legal team
Your Skills
Must haves:
- Experience with web service APIs
- Knowledge of web based authentication and authorization protocols
- Fundamental knowledge of webbrowser technologies
- Experience with Python for DataAnalytics
- Git version control
- Fundamental knowledge of cyber security
- Skills in managing and ensuring continuous advancement of projects
- Ability to work independently with external customers
- Strong communication skills in English as well as German
- Open to adopt new methodologies and technologies
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of mobile working machines technologies and industry
- Experience with Jira or similar tooling
- Experience with machine learning
- Experience in requirements engineering
- Collaboration with customers
- Experience in software testing
- Experience in SCRUM
- Experience with Jupyter Lab
- Fundamental commercial knowledge of SaaS solutions
- Fundamental legal knowledge of web applications
