1 Basic troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve common application based technical issues.
2 Good knowledge about ITIL certification
3 Customer service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist users effectively and courteously.
4 Ticket management: Experience in logging and tracking support requests using ticketing systems.
5 Operating systems knowledge: Understanding of various operating systems (e.g. Windows macOS Linux) and their basic functionalities.
6 Software applications: Proficiency in common software applications such as Microsoft Office web browsers and email clients.
7 Remote desktop support: Ability to provide assistance to users remotely using remote desktop tools.
8 Documentation skills: Capability to create and update technical documentation for support procedures and solutions.
9 Problemsolving: Aptitude for analyzing issues identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
10 Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments in a fastpaced support role.
11 Understanding of programming languages such as PHP Python HTML CSS and JavaScript.
