Job Description
- Lead and oversee all plant operations including Manufacturing Maintenance Engineering Production Control and more.
- Collaborate closely with Production Leads to ensure exceptional product quality ontime delivery and optimal production output.
- Analyze key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement in cost quality and efficiency.
- Implement strategic plans and lean manufacturing practices to support corporate initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts and manage Area Improvement Team (AIT) projects.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to support new product introductions and engineering efforts.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Develop and mentor a highperforming operations team while promoting a culture of safety accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven success in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role.
- Strong background in financial management including P&L budgeting and capital expenditure justification.
- Solid experience in manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
- Exceptional leadership communication and decisionmaking abilities.
- Experience launching new products from concept to .
- Familiarity with MRP systems (EPICOR preferred).
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or related field.
