What is in it for you:
Salaried: $32 to $36 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $39 to $43 per hour.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Support recruitment efforts for the GWAM portfolio across North America and occasionally Europe.
Manage 20 25 open requisitions at any given time leading fullcycle recruitment including intake meetings job postings candidate sourcing and screening.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers coordinate interviews extend offers and guide onboarding.
Ensure hightouch candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions.
Maintain candidate data and processes using tools such as Workday and Phenom.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
3 5 years of recruiting experience ideally within the insurance or financial industry.
Proven ability to work consultatively with internal and external stakeholders to provide businessfocused recruitment solutions.
Experience using alternative sourcing strategies particularly social media and networking tools.
Experience with Workday is an asset.
Experience with Phenom is an asset.
Bilingual in English and French is essential to effectively support hiring managers and candidates across multiple regions including Quebec and other jurisdictions in North America and Europe.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills professionalism and a clientservice mindset.
Highly organized detailoriented and proactive.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
