Responsibilities :
- Support the bank s blockchain platform projects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts to develop technical solutions and plans based on requirements from Business and Application teams.
- Provide L2 support for the digital asset trading platform and custody services.
- Ensure that the applications infrastructure and operating system are up to date with the banks approved patches and versions.
- Regularly conduct capacity planning and performance management to maintain application stability.
- Work in shifts to provide 24/7 onsite or oncall support.
- Manage incident and problem resolution.
- Apply SRE best practices and adhere to SRE guidelines in daily work.
- Use root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve complex system issues.
- Follow up postresolution to ensure problems are fully resolved.
- Communicate application issues and updates to key stakeholders including management development teams end users and unit leaders.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams across various technologies and applications.
- Drive continuous system improvement including eliminating TOIL automating jobs and performance tuning.
- Proactively manage production services by monitoring availability latency throughput user journeys and overall system health.
- Ensure timely resolution of daily production tickets and track their progress until closure.
- Build and manage a strong production support team to maintain blockchain application stability
Requirements
Personal Requirements :
- At least 8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4 years in the delivery and maintenance of digital custody and exchange systems.
- Strong knowledge of Linux OCP AWS Iboss MariaDB OracleDB IBM MQ AMQ and technical components such as app servers SLB firewalls volume manager file systems DNS clustering SSH VPC VIC caching etc.
- Experience with FIX messaging protocol client onboarding and session management.
- Handson experience with SVN Jenkins and JIRA.
- Ability to detect and resolve issues quickly.
- Experience in production support processes and release management.
- Proven leadership capabilities across teams in different locations.
- Availability for 24/7 support due to the realtime nature of transactions.
- Familiarity with various system interfaces used in banking.
- Knowledge of blockchain node management is a plus.

- Allowance should be included in the monthly hiring rate.
- Transport is claimable before 7am (for morning shift 6am to 3pm) after 11pm (afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm)
- Shift Timing
- Morning shift 6am to 3pm
- General shift 9am to 6pm.
- Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
- Night shift 10pm to 7am.
Need to support including night shift weekends and public holidays (rotational)
