Role Description
This is a fulltime opportunity with Pratiti Technologies based in Pune for an HR Operations Executive.
Overseeing the efficient and smooth functioning of HR processes and systems this role focuses on managing HR operations improving existing procedures and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management:
- Oversee daily HR operations ensuring efficient workflow in areas such as recruitment coordination onboarding offboarding and HR administration.
- Ensure HR systems including HRIS and payroll are consistently maintained and updated.
- Manage the employee life cycle processes from onboarding to exit and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR operational queries providing efficient issue resolution.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Payroll processing and coordination with Payroll Partner to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Manage employee benefits administration including health insurance attendance and leave administration and other benefits programs.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll compensation and employee benefits.
3. HR Policy & Compliance:
- Support the development implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in labor laws or company policies.
- Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure adherence to legal standards and local labor regulations.
4. HRIS & Data Management:
- Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to guide informed decisionmaking and process improvement.
5. Employee Relations & Support:
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR operational matters such as policies compensation benefits and HR system queries.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any HR Ops related concerns or grievances.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and share regular reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover payroll and compliance.
- Develop monthly HR reports and dashboards for management review providing analytical insights to support HR strategy.
Requirements
- Education: Master s degree in human resources or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably Zoho People) and advanced knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR policies employment laws and best practices in HR operations.
