Job Description

Sharpen Analytics That Drive RealWorld Health Outcomes

What You ll Actually Do

Be part of our client s team as a Data Quality Analyst and make a real impact by validating and improving the data that drives smarter healthcare decisions. Youll work with a skilled team to ensure the accuracy and reliability of crucial supply chain datasets.

The Basics: What to Expect
Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (EST)
Work Setup: Onsite in Ortigas (with potential for Hybrid or WFH transition)

What You ll Handle: Your DaytoDay

Data Quality Assurance

  • Perform routine audits on supply chain data (pricing supplier contract UOM) using Excel and SharePoint trackers
  • Validate pricing strings packaging units and manufacturer/supplier part numbers
  • Ensure item data integrity across systems such as Workday and Vizient
  • Review duplicate entries invalid descriptions missing fields and incorrect match relationships

Error Identification & Resolution

  • Analyze and reconcile mismatched or missing OD numbers pricing discrepancies and inconsistent metadata
  • Flag anomalies in crossreferenced documents or market share data and recommend corrections
  • Maintain a log of detected issues and coordinate remediation with MDM Analysts Contracts and Category Managers

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing data quality trends error rates and resolution timelines
  • Track audit results across various categories (item master market share cross documents contract alignments)

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Communicate clearly and concisely via email and Teams to verify data or request additional information
  • Document SOPs for data audit processes and contribute ideas for workflow improvements
  • Raise red flags or propose new checkpoints to reduce data integrity risks
  • Assist with data validation and cleanup for new item launches contract updates and sourcing reviews
  • Participate in pre and postload audits tied to sourcing or compliance initiatives

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics Information Systems Statistics or a related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in data quality analytics or master data preferably in a healthcare or supply chain environment
  • Experience with healthcare or supply chain data (highly desirable)

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP error checking conditional logic)
  • Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems such as Workday or Oracle
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Power BI (a plus)

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and consistency
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with global teams
  • Proactive mindset in asking questions and resolving ambiguity
  • Organized methodical and accountable in documenting and tracking work
