What You ll Be Doing
Be part of our client s team as a Junior Privacy Operations Administrator and support privacy operations across a growing client base. You ll handle key admin tasks contribute to techdriven privacy solutions and gain realworld exposure in global data protection practices.
Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM MK Time
Work Setup: Remote (North Macedonia)
- Support Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) workflows
- Review cookie scans and assign tagging purposes
- Administer Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) templates
- Log processing activities
- Assist with basic privacy operations and administration tasks
- Support OneTrust configuration and privacy technology tools
- Set up and manage each client s OneTrust Portal with relevant modules (full training provided)
- Report to clients and internal leadership teams
- Act as a primary point of contact for privacyrelated matters
- Identify opportunities to expand and improve each client account
Requirements
Who We re Looking For
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree with a minimum 2:1
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general PC use
- Quick to learn new software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
NicetoHaves:
- Experience in clientfacing or administrative roles
- Degree in Marketing IT Business or Psychology
- Background or interest in data privacy
- OneTrust certifications (Expert Modules preferred)
