Key Responsibilities:

Act as an escalation point for client issues and work towards swift resolutions.
Measure client satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.
Work closely with delivery and project teams to ensure successful of IT services.
Monitor project performance addressing any issues proactively to maintain high client satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and industry best practices.
Develop account growth strategies and execute account plans.
Provide regular updates and reports on client engagement revenue forecasts and market trends.
Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and competitive insights to add value to client discussions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science IT or a related field (MBA preferred).
10 years of experience in client relationship management sales or business development in the IT services industry. Experience in the insurance sector is required or a strong network with key decisionmakers in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterpriselevel accounts.
Strong understanding of IT solutions including cloud computing software development cybersecurity and digital transformation.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Language: Proficiency in Japanese (businesslevel) and English (businesslevel) is required.
