Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and servicedriven Lodge Anchor for a luxury safari lodge located in the stunning Waterberg region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a guestfocused environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily lodge operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
Act as the primary host in the absence of senior management
Coordinate frontofhouse duties including guest checkins hosting and activity scheduling
Manage and assist with housekeeping and food and beverage service
Liaise between guests staff and management to ensure seamless communication
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and effectively
Assist in stock control ordering and inventory management
Contribute to staff training and development
Uphold the lodges high standards of service hospitality and presentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in a lodge or luxury hospitality environment
Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
Wellorganized with great attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and a positive energetic attitude
Willingness to live in a remote bush environment
A hospitality or tourismrelated qualification will be advantageous
