Build and maintain strong relationships with anchor clients vendors and dealers to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Anchor Acquisition Support:
Assist in identifying and onboarding vendors and dealers for anchor clients across locations ensuring optimal allocation and program scalability.
Client Servicing & Query Resolution:
Serve as a single point of contact for anchors and their ecosystem ensuring timely resolution of queries and effective communication of program details.
Solution Structuring:
Design and customize Supply Chain Finance solutions tailored to the specific needs of vendors and dealers.
Proposal Development:
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations for client onboarding and business expansion.
Business Development:
Drive lead conversion through strategic partnerships and engagement with key stakeholders.
Sales Enablement:
Train and guide SCF sales teams across zones on product features documentation requirements disbursal processes and implementation best practices.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure all activities adhere to company policies code of conduct and regulatory requirements.
Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record in working with large corporates.
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Finance and Working Capital solutions.
Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients for SCF offerings.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
4 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain finance corporate banking or working capital finance.
Prior experience in managing vendor/dealer ecosystems is a plus.
