Location: Andheri Campus Mumbai (may involve travel to other campuses)
Work Mode: 100 Work from Office
Reporting to: Director Student Success
Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM / 10:30 AM 7:30 PM

About the Role:
We re looking for a dynamic Student Life Associate / Assistant Manager Student Success Team to lead events and initiatives that enhance student engagement and campus culture. From concept to youll be at the forefront of creating experiences that foster community leadership and student success. This role blends event management student engagement and crossfunctional collaboration.
What You ll Do:
Event Planning &
Brainstorm and implement engaging event concepts aligned with IIDE s culture and student interests
Develop detailed event proposals and manage approvals
Create and manage event budgets with costeffective planning
Document event expenses and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting
Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Oversee logistics and ensure timely of all event elements
Collaborate with the Social Media team to amplify event visibility
Prepare postevent reports including expense tracking and success analysis
Student Engagement & Campus Culture
Lead student engagement initiatives that align with Student Life objectives
Organize orientation programs and onboarding experiences for new students
Act as the key point of communication for students; maintain the student handbook & newsletter
Oversee a wide range of student events volunteering sports entertainment and cultural celebrations
Manage largescale campus events such as convocation and national day celebrations
Support student development programs including leadership training and wellness initiatives
Provide mentorship and logistical support to the Student Council clubs and societies
Collaborate with academic teams and central departments for event reporting and planning
Requirements
Requirements:
MustHave:
Minimum 2 years of experience in event management student engagement or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides)
A proactive studentfirst approach with a passion for community building
Preferred:
Degree in Event Management Hospitality PR Marketing or related fields
Experience working in educational institutions or youthfocused organizations

Who You Are: Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in student-facing or customer service roles. Preferred age range: 32-40 years. Proven leadership experience in ed-tech or student-centric environments. Successful track record of managing teams of 10-15 individuals. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a vibrant and optimistic mindset. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and ensure an exceptional student experience. Should Have: Experience in implementing process efficiencies and automation in educational settings. Familiarity with student retention strategies and academic event management. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience in digital marketing education or related fields. Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions. Additional certifications or training in student management or educational leadership.
