Responsibilities:
- Own and lead Pelcros QA strategy processes and across all product releases.
- Manage mentor and grow a QA engineers; set a highperformance and accountability culture.
- Define and enforce quality standards testing practices and release criteria.
- Design and implement test plans for web applications APIs and integrations.
- Lead automated and manual testing efforts to ensure full test coverage and minimal regression.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure early testing CI/CD alignment and quality gates.
- Investigate and reproduce bugs; analyze root causes and prevent recurring issues.
- Own quality reporting: test coverage defect rates regression reports etc.
- Drive continuous improvements in QA tools techniques and practices (e.g. Cypress Postman etc.
- Ensure compliance with security reliability and performance standards critical to a SaaS platform.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in QA with at least 12 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Proven experience testing SaaS platforms (especially billing subscriptions or APIs).
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing (preferably using tools like Cypress Selenium or similar).
- Handson experience writing test cases test scripts and setting up test environments.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Leadership mindset: ability to mentor manage and elevate QA team members.
- Bonus: experience with testing for accessibility multilanguage support and thirdparty integrations.
