Job Summary

This position is a direct report to the Group Product Manager and is responsible for providing project/program management in the specific area of technology enablement. This position is responsible for managing full lifecycle of projects to meet business outcomes spanning multiple technologies including associated impacts cost schedule and complexity.

Job Responsibilities

Manages and oversee projects through various stage gates and processes
Able to manage complex IT Projects using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Able to perform in depth project financial analysis cost estimation forecasting invoice and accrual management
Able to manage teams in delivering project scope budget and schedule on time
Create and manage Project Plan in MS Project and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Able to identify project risks opportunities and issues

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (i.e. STEM or business) or relevant experience.
4 years of experience in IT program/project management with standardized PMO processes and tools including project controls forecast reporting and performance management
Understanding of and experience in IT project management methodologies requirements management quality assurance and IT processes.
Leadership technical teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of technology platforms and ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements.

Desired:

Experience with CMMI Level 3 a plus
Experience with Service Now a plus
