Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our caring and dynamic team and provide high quality inhome support services to our valued customers. You can enjoy a flexible work life balance and support people in your community to live their best life possible. We have Permanent Part Time and Casual positions available.
Are you:
- Qualified working toward a qualification or looking to study toward a qualification while working in the industry
- Currently working in the industry and looking for extra work
- Considering a career as a Support Worker
- A nursing student or a school leaver taking a gap year
- Transitioning to retirement and not ready to stop working completely

We have work available now weekdays evenings weekends and overnight / sleepovers.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Personal care: showering dressing grooming and medication assistance
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning laundry and meal preparation
- Social support/transportation: social activities shopping/groceries travelling to medical appointments
- Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment including: standing or walking frames wheelchairs manual or electric hoists sliding sheets or moving boards hearing aids and other physical aids
- Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
- Monitoring the wellbeing of customers and reporting on their progress
- Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required
What you will need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/Criminal Record Check
- Proof of COVID19 Vaccination
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Reliable registered and insured vehicle
- Smart phone with internet access
- Current Working with Children Check Preferred (or equivalent state based check)
- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care Home & Community Care Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)
