What You Will Do:
Team Leader: Inspire and develop a resultsoriented culinary team through effective training motivation coaching and mentorship.
Culinary Innovator: Create dynamic menus that elevate guest dining experiences and align with property concepts and Atriums standards.
Financial Steward: Control food and labor costs through precise scheduling portion control inventory rotation and waste management.
Quality Champion: Lead the of culinary production for la carte and catered functions ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
CrossFunctional Partner: Collaborate with sales event and F&B teams to exceed guest expectations for meetings events and daily dining.
Safety & Compliance Expert: Uphold and teach health code requirements safety procedures and cleanliness standards throughout all kitchen operations.
What Were Looking For:
4 years of supervisory experience in hotel culinary operations: Proven ability to lead and develop a highperforming culinary team.
Strong leadership coaching and mentorship skills.
Extensive technical knowledge of food preparation methods for both la carte and catered functions.
Ability to manage food cost percentages labor controls and kitchen budgets.
Comfortable standing bending lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and working flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
Experience calculating margins percentages inventory measurements and managing financial targets.
