What Youll Do
Join our Paid Media team in Leeds on a hybrid basis 3 days in office a week) driving PPC Manage and optimise paid search and shopping campaigns to maximise growth and efficiency.
- Oversee the daytoday management of Search & Shopping accounts with a multimillionpound annual budget.
- Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Conduct keyword research refresh ad copy and ensure highquality account hygiene.
- Leverage automation refine bidding strategies and optimise CTR and CPC.
- Monitor competitor activity market trends and new ad features to stay ahead.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop and refine category strategies aligned with business objectives.
What Youll Bring
- 12 years of PPC experience ideally within eCommerce with a proven track record managing budgets over 50k per month.
- Strong analytical skills commercial acumen and a resultsdriven mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask collaborate effectively and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills data manipulation experience and familiarity with Google Ads Bing SA360 Data Studio and GA4 (preferred).
