Job Description

At Fathom an IQVIA Business you will play a pivotal role on the sales and marketing team with a relentless focus on securing new business. From identifying ideal clients and understanding their unique needs to crafting compelling pitch experiences scoping and contracting opportunities and driving deal progression youll lead the charge in aligning the digital marketing team for success.

Responsibilities:

Understand Fathoms brand:Earn trust with prospective clients by personifying the Fathom brand in a compelling and consistent way throughout the sales experienceincluding virtual meetings inperson pitches and marketing events both virtual and inperson.

Lead with a consultative relational approach:

  • Establish grow and maintain CMOlevel relationships across healthcare and B2B organizations.
  • Quickly uncover and understand a customers business structure challenges and opportunities while demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Partner with our Digital Strategy organization on recommendations that solve prospective client needs in terms of strategy channels platforms approach and budget.
  • Translate complex digital and technology solutions for executivelevel and nontechnical stakeholders.

Understand Fathoms value:Share winsomely the great client work we do across digital channels including SEO paid media and social media marketing automation content creative and analytics/marketing intelligence.

Drive the progression of opportunities through the pipeline:

  • Proactively uncover new opportunities to build your book of business while also nurturing contacts from marketing and partnerdriven efforts.
  • Manage the operational functions of the sales process including qualification discovery strategic recommendations and the design and coordination of approvals internally and externally for all Statements of Work and Request for Proposal processes.
  • Increase deal velocity by deploying intentional strategies to overcome objections navigate the dynamics of buying committees and position the value of our professional services.
  • Report all sales related activities in Salesforce Hubspot.
  • Meet or exceed personal targets regarding pipeline growth deal age and new business revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Five or more years as a proven producer selling professional services in complex high consideration environments (Healthcare B2B) is required.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Well versed in creating intentional strategies to build and maintain personal network and external relationships.
  • A strong desire for achievement paired with selfdriven initiative and followthrough the ability to drive outcomes and an appetite for learning.
  • Ability to travel 25 primarily to tradeshows and prospective clients to drive new business.
  • Exemplify commitment to have a bias for action and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on contribution continuous improvement and the ability to develop and nurture internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Wellorganized to manage multiple deals simultaneously and flexible to address conflicting priorities that arise.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook and Teams).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
