Foth is currently seeking a teamfocused innovative and resultsoriented Client Team Leader with consumer products (or related) engineering construction or manufacturing experience who is looking for new learning experiences opportunities for career growth and a desire to contribute to our clients success. This position will be working out of our Green Bay WI; Chicago IL; Madison WI; or Milwaukee WI office or USBased Remote work from home location.
Position Overview:
In this role you will be responsible to both your assigned client as well as your Foth project team. Through the delivery of personalized clientcentered service you will develop and manage positive and productive longterm client relationships. By demonstrating a dynamic and positive leadership style you will encourage and motivate a multidisciplined team to support your clients engineering equipment and capital needs enabling them to be a leader in their will represent Foth and serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate relationship between Foth and the client.
In addition to natural interpersonal skills you will also need to possess strong business technical and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be able to generate revenue deliver profitability pursue new buyers tables create and implement strategic plans and make timely decisions.
Finally you will need to maintain a flexible schedule and will be expected to travel as necessary to meet the needs of the role.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or relevant professional experience
- 10 years of paper converting plastics or building materials (or related) industry experience within engineering or manufacturing
- 7 years of sales account management client development and or stakeholders management across business units
- 3 years of supervisory experience
Required Previous Recent Experience with the Following:
- Account management experience
- Prior experience developing revenue projections
- Prior client relationship management experience
- Prior experience managing cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Prior experience in contract negotiation management and administration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using social media platforms for business purposes
- CRM platform experience
- Experience managing capital project portfolios
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
