Yee Hong is one of the foremost providers of culturally appropriate senior care in the country delivering highquality resident experience and care to Chinese and other Asian seniors since 1994. The organization operates 805 longterm care beds and 308 seniors apartment units with an additional 224 longterm care beds opening in a new home by June 2026. In addition Yee Hong offers four campuses of managed care a hospice residence and a wide range of communitybased senior and caregiver support services. Through this comprehensive network the organization serves more than 15000 individuals annually across the Greater Toronto Area.
Vice President Shared Services
The Vice President Shared Services (Corporate Services) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for integrating and optimizing essential corporate functions that support the organizations longterm care (LTC) and home/community care services. Collaborating closely with the executive leadership team this role ensures the efficient costeffective and compliant operation of facility management capital assets procurement IT legal environmental services and linen services enabling frontline teams to deliver highquality care in a more streamlined and standardized manner. With a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement the Vice President will lead strategic partnerships drive innovation and implement sustainability initiatives with a corporate wide lens to process efficiency and seamless corporate support to our dedicated operators. This is a pivotal opportunity to enhance efficiency optimize resources and strengthen the organizations infrastructure to ensure longterm financial sustainability and alignment with its mission and regulatory requirements this is a role with impact.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished executive with a proven track record in leading shared services corporate operations or similar multifunctional support services within healthcare senior care or a related sector. They will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in corporate services shared services or operations within LTC home care healthcare or a related industry as well as a masters degree in business administration or healthcare management Engineering or related field. With a strategic mindset and a resultsdriven approach this individual brings expertise in optimizing procurement facilities management IT systems and compliance frameworks to enhance service delivery. A collaborative leader they excel in building crossfunctional partnerships and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation through a service minded approach and business partner mindset. Strong financial acumen change management experience and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments are essential. The successful candidate will be a forwardthinking solutionsoriented leader who thrives in a missiondriven environment and is committed to supporting highquality care through efficient and effective corporate services.
