This leader must have proven analytical capabilities and project management skills great attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask and a proven record of driving category growth. This individual must be an effective driver and communicator in working with some of Amazon most important future vendors as well as with internal colleagues and crossfunctional leaders. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a passion for retail and a high level of flexibility and commitment.
As a customerobsessed fashion enthusiast you will influence and build relationships with top brands to drive revenue increase selection and influence the broader Fashion strategic roadmap. You are deep on retail trends and understand how retail fits into the online ecosystem. Using your deep knowledge of retail and fashion and a solutionoriented mindset you will develop opportunities for Amazon within the Fashion vertical. You are an excellent oral and written communicator and you possess an analytical approach to business development leveraging data to drive decisions. You are highly organized and have the ability to work closely and constructively crossfunctional teams. Youre particularly adept at developing strong onetoone relationships and possess a track record of successful negotiation.
