We have an immediate opportunity for a talented earlycareer Electroplating Process Engineer to join our 3D Integration and Imaging Sensors group. This is an opportunity to contribute to a team developing cuttingedge solutions for RF devices and EO imaging systems by leveraging 3D integration technologies and state of the art materials. You will solve some of the most challenging customer requirements while working in a fastpaced highly technical environment developing and implementing leading technologies. What You Will Do:
- Support fabrication operations by providing technical support in fabrication processes; working with a team of technicians and engineers in a wafer fabrication clean room setting.
- Maintaining current processes optimizing existing processes and training in safe and efficient operations of the Electroplating process cells.
- Taking ownership and responsibility for supporting the manufacturing activities of plating processes and equipment.
- Sustaining processes to meet product specifications & manufacturing process flows maintaining operating instructions for process and equipment.
- Maintaining statistical process controls for process optimization; trouble and resolve process issues to support the manufacturing process and improve work cell process yields.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering Mathematics or a STEM related degree and a minimum of 2 years Engineering experience or an advanced degree.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Exposure to Electroplating Science and Technology through schoolwork projectbased work or internship experience.
- Demonstrated success in handson project leadership or team involvement.
- Verbal/written communications experience relaying process procedures generating technical data summaries.

Visit RVS: salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
