As a Program Manager Lead Management youll play a key role in improving how we capture track and optimize leads across our marketing and sales teams. Youll work closely with global stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance lead management automate processes and improve reporting and analytics. Key job responsibilities
* mprove lead management processes by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize tools like Salesforce and Pardot
* Support integrations between thirdparty platforms and our CRM/marketing automation systems.
* Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
* Work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and tech teams to gather requirements and drive roadmap planning.
* Help define best practices for lead tracking qualification and reporting.
* Provide handson project management tracking deliverables and ensuring smooth .
* Communicate updates effectively presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
* 24 years of experience with Customer Relationship marketing and marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketo or Pardot.
* Familiarity with lead management processes and marketing operations.
* Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to improve performance.
* Comfortable working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
* Excellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with largescale CRM or marketing automation implementations
* Certifications in Marketo Pardot or Salesforce.
* Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with global teams.
2 years of program or project management experience
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
