Job Description
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist you will develop and maintain policy and process documentation ensuring seamless operations. You will lead process redesign workshops manage change initiatives monitor performance and drive improvements. Collaborating with stakeholders you ll define metrics enhance workflows and implement strategic solutions that optimize efficiency and elevate business operations globally.

Your Daily Tasks
- Act as a Project Manager for tactical initiatives and process improvement projects including but not limited to:
- Managing process changes
- Leading process redesign workshops
- Educating business users on managing and operating business processes
- Monitoring measuring and providing feedback on process performance
- Facilitating process workshops to elicit requirements and collaborate with users
- Foster selfdevelopment and build effective relationships within the team.
- Provide proactive information advice and expertise to stakeholders.
- Listen and respond to team concerns while addressing performance feedback.
- Develop plans to capitalize on personal strengths and address improvement areas.
- Anticipate and respond to business needs while adapting to change and challenges.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design and redesign integrated workflows and processes that enable fast simple and reliable transactions for internal and external clients.
- Identify assess and resolve business process issues from simple inefficiencies to complex operational gaps.
- Ensure crossfunctional alignment by effectively communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements goals and process design approaches.
- Drive process improvements to meet the evolving needs of both the client and the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and implement reporting systems for designed processes.
- Work closely with teams to ensure clear and rapid implementation of agreed processes.
- Utilize best practices and tools to document currentstate "asis" and design futurestate "tobe" processes as needed.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Must have experience in process automation projects or involvement in process automation initiatives.
- Proven expertise in process transformation using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Kanban and Agile.
- Proficiency in process tools such as Visio Draw or similar applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in staff outsourcing or business process outsourcing.
- 2 years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
- 2 years of experience developing and validating business cases including assessing investment value.
- 2 years of experience delivering presentations to senior management.
- 2 years of experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.
- 2 years of experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) environment.
