Job Description
As a Junior Administrator you will manage office files compile reports and support data entry tasks. Youll play a vital role in maintaining organized records ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to business efficiency.

Shift: Night Shift MondayFriday 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH Time; Weekends off
Work setup: Onsite during probation; Hybrid 23 days onsite) after regularization Pampanga

Your Daily Tasks
- Maintain general office files including job files vendor files and other files related to the company s operations.
- Assist the Administration department with data entry running reviewing and compiling various reports.
- Prepare documents for management approval.
- Perform routine audits to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Electronically file documents and perform data entry into safety reporting software.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 1 year of office administration experience.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint etc..
- Experience in a BPO environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to electronically organize and maintain files.
- Proven success in office administration.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with cloud service providers is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
